The Wayfarer Hotel located in downtown Los Angeles, CA is a historic renovation and seismic retrofit of a Type I concrete hospitality project. The project is designed by Rockefeller Partners Architects. This GMP project totals 71,686 square feet throughout one structure with 12 levels above grade and one level below grade. It includes 156 hostel-style keys. The restoration of the historic 1923 Ritz Milner Hotel, brings new life in the form of a rooftop bar with water feature, lobby-level bar and lounge, restaurant, communal kitchen, room-service generating commercial kitchen, and fire stair-based gym.
